1. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

Use of the hoh999 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following conditions. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all of these requirements:

• You are registering voluntarily and not under pressure from any party;
• You are not subject to any legal restriction that prohibits participation in online betting activities;
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and current;
• You do not have any other active account on the hoh999 platform.

Registration by individuals who do not meet the above requirements is invalid and hoh999 reserves the right to terminate any such account without prior notice. Any balance in such an account will be reviewed and appropriate action taken at hoh999's discretion.

2. User Account

Each player is only allowed one active account. Holding more than one account, whether under the same name or different names, is prohibited. hoh999 uses detection technology to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all such accounts.

You are required to update your personal information if any changes occur, particularly contact details such as phone number and email address. Inaccurate information may prevent the processing of withdrawals or important communications from hoh999.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

hoh999 supports a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for cryptocurrency payments which use the current exchange rate.

3.2 Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50
• Standard withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours

3.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or digital wallet registered under the same player's name. hoh999 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts. Players may be required to complete an identity verification process before large withdrawals can be processed.

3.4 Unclaimed Funds

4.2 General Bonus Terms

5. Player Responsibilities and Conduct

All hoh999 players are expected to comply with the standards of conduct set out. The following are strictly prohibited on the hoh999 platform:

• Manipulation of games or exploitation of any technical bug in the system;
• Attempts to launder money through the betting platform;
